In 2020, amidst a changing world, three friends and industry veterans—Bill, David, and Jim—relocated from New York City to Florida. With over 25 years of collective experience in the NYC restaurant scene, they found themselves missing the authentic, diverse flavors of home. Driven by this nostalgia and a passion for excellence, they spent five years meticulously crafting a menu that celebrates the best of Asian cuisine To achieve the pinnacle of their craft, they have continually drawn inspiration from the industry’s elite; Nobu, Morimoto, zuma and kyubi. from Japanese Kappo traditions to the vibrant street flavors of Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Tenka is the realization of that journey: a modern space where heritage meets innovation.
